The initial application and reapplication are as follows:
Documents to be provided for the initial application or related information changes
1. Compulsory product certification application form;
A copy of the applicant’s "Corporate Legal Person Business License" or registration certificate (provided at the time of initial application or change);
2. The organization chart of the production plant (provided at the time of initial application or change);
3. Process flow chart of the product to be certified (provided at the time of initial application or change);
4. List of key instruments and equipment used for routine inspection (see factory quality control inspection requirements in the certification implementation rules) (provided at the time of initial application or change);
5. Product assembly drawing and gas schematic diagram;
6. The Chinese nameplate and warning mark of the certified product (in duplicate);
7. Chinese instruction manual for certified products;
8. Explanation of the differences between products of various models within the same application;
9. Appearance photos of each model product in the same application unit (in duplicate);
10. Other relevant information required when needed (please provide if there is a CB test report).
Documents to be provided when similar products apply again
1. Compulsory product certification application form;
2. Product assembly drawing and electrical schematic diagram;
3. The Chinese nameplate and warning mark of the certified product (in duplicate);
4. Chinese instruction manual for the certified product;
5. Explanation of the differences between products of various models in the same application unit;
6. Appearance photos of each model product in the same application unit (in duplicate);
7. Other relevant information required when needed (please provide if there is a CB test report).

8. CB test certificate and report of the product (if any);
9. The product's trademark authorization letter and materials are not all the same according to the sample.

iso files, purchase orders, inspection and certification certificates, including the entire production process and product materials.
CCC certification factory inspection and other matters needing attention
(1) Review content: factory quality assurance ability + product consistency inspection
1. The factory quality assurance ability review is conducted in accordance with CQC "Factory Quality Assurance Ability Requirements" and "Factory Inspection Record Form".
2. Product consistency check and consistency check of products certified in the application form, focusing on verifying the following:
(1) Consistency between the identification (nameplate) of the certified product and the type test report
(2) Consistency between the structure of the certified product and the type test product
(3) Consistency between the important parts/components of the certified product and the "List of Important Parts/Components" in the type test report
(4) Conduct on-site inspections in accordance with "Routine Inspection Items and Confirmation Inspection Items List"
3. The method of initial factory inspection; the initial factory inspection can be carried out separately or combined with the initial inspection or supervisory inspection of the CCC certification.
(2) Time of initial factory inspection: Generally, the initial factory inspection will be carried out after the type test is qualified. Type test and factory inspection can be carried out at the same time as required. The time of factory inspection is determined according to the number of units of the product to be certified. The specific inspection time is given in the "Special Requirements for Product Certification Implementation Rules" of the corresponding product. The time the auditor spends on the road is calculated as half a working day per day, which is not within the number of people/days listed above.
